Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid Partnerships Assistant located in Miami, FL.

As a Partnerships Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Manage contract writing for the partnership team while also assisting with proposal templates.
  • Support Partnership Department to building a structural and organized system for documents/templates, track and update team on major event changes/timelines, and research trade events/programs and other sales strategies that improve overall department.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the VPs.
  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, drafting meeting notes, and maintaining and organizing records.
  • Receives incoming communication on behalf of team, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes content accordingly.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates should be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related fields
  • Experience working in administrative support or partnership management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Brings a collaborative, positive, and proactive attitude to the team!
