Role Overview:
As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing audit and attest engagements. This includes managing client relationships, providing advanced specialist support, and identifying opportunities to expand services. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop team members while being served as a trusted business advisor to mid-market companies. You'll work as part of a full-service accounting and advisory firm, receiving unparalleled support to excel in new and challenging engagements and projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute audits and attest engagements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Mentor and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Identify opportunities to expand service offering and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Requirements:
CPA certification with 5-8 years of progressive experience in Public Accounting.
Proven experience in coaching, leading and developing audit staff.
Attention to detail and a highly motivated approach to fulfilling responsibilities.
Able to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
