The Project Administrator will provide overall administrative support to the Controls team, working directly with customers, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. They will be responsible for driving process to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and project administration through communicating with internal team members & leadership, coordination of ordering parts, managing project costs and billing, and providing general administrative support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other functions may be assigned)
high-level administrative project support.
with multiple vendors, customers, and contractors.
strong relationships with customers and provides support, as needed.
purchase order administration.
and manages vendor orders to meet customer requirements.
project costs to deliver at or under budget without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
work in detail and maintains files for each job.
with service and technical support teams during start-up and throughout the warranty period.
to work in-office on a hybrid basis, and as needed - Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of two (2) years of experience with project management or providing administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - including Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with general mechanical contracting or HVAC Controls is preferred.
