This individual should...
Demonstrate experience on commercial projects
Bonus for ground-up, hospitality, multi family, or ALF experience
Be proficient with construction management software
Value integrity, professionalism, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
Responsibilities & Duties (include but are not limited to)
Oversee and manage multiple projects (ground-up and remodels).
Manage project budgets, schedules, and buyout.
Prepare and issue project documentation, RFIs, POs, Scopes, etc.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all construction project documents, plans.
Negotiate contracts with Client's best interest
Review all subcontractor's draw requests and supplier invoices.
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
Seek out opportunities, training or otherwise, to enhance skills while simultaneously making recommendations for direct reports to develop as well.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
