Salary - $100k to $125k plus bonuses depending on experience
We are looking for a seasoned Program Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive 3PL Agent Program for 3PL owners.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing others and a strong background in business development, training, marketing, and sales strategies.
They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams.
Requirements:
Develop and implement a training program to enhance the business development and ownership skills of owners.
Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract new owners to join our network.
Provide ongoing business support and mentoring to new and existing owners.
Collaborate with owners to identify and address the needs of the program.
Develop creative incentive programs to attract and retain owners while scaling the overall program
