Nexus Towers is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as an Appointment Generator, responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our consultants. This is a crucial role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. We offer full-time and part-time work, varying weekday work shifts and a hybrid work option after completing 90 days of continuous employment and training.
Duties:
Job requires high volume of outbound calls, emails and texts to potential clients
Deliver scripted information to customers in a professional manner
Track and maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
Qualify leads and set confirmed appointments for sales staff
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments
Achieve daily call and appointment goals
Maintain high energy and enthusiasm with all customers
Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Management
Experience:
At least 2 years of prior inside sales or appointment setting experience, familiarity with a technology or real estate sale a plus
Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently to effectively market the company's services over the phone
High energy with a passion for engaging, building rapport and persuading potential clients
