Full-Charge Bookkeeper Duties & Responsibilities Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (LLCs) Payroll Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Ensure that accounting, budget and audit controls and systems are in compliance with State, Federal and local rules and regulations Accounts payable are paid in a timely manner All reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable Keeps books and accounting records of financial transactions for establishment, operating company and several LLCs Reconciles and balances accounts, financial reporting, light budgeting and forecasting May lead and direct the work of two or more clerical accounting staff Communication with management, department heads, vendors and clients Record keeping and or filing of bills/invoices
