Responsibilities
Reviews: key complex returns for risks and for opportunities to provide additional services
Understands and can respond to IRS and State Tax notices
Developing budgets for processing returns
Performs and documents research of complex tax issues using all of the research tools available
Able to prepare and review C Corporation, S Corporation, Partnership, Qualified Plans, International Tax, Estate and Gift Tax, and Individual tax returns
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting
7+ years of public experience
Must hold CPA license
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to a unique client needs driven practice
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software applications
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written format. A strong command of the English language and grammar is necessary
