Director Of Gaming Requirements & Qualifications
You must have 3-5 years experience working in Tribal Gaming
You must have strong communication skills
You must be focused on team development
You must have a Bachelors Degree plus 10 years of gaming management experience
Director Of Gaming Responsibilities
You will be overseeing the gaming floor and team members
You will identify ways to improve guest services
You will identify short term & long range challenges & goals
You will remain proactive in research while providing helpful recommendations to resolve issues
