Develop and maintain robust cost analysis tools and reporting mechanisms to track variances, identify areas for improvement, and drive cost reduction initiatives
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis
Collaborate with operational teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Analyze capital investment opportunities, productivity initiatives, and material usage to support strategic decision-making
Monitor KPIs related to manufacturing efficiency, yield, and material usage
Take ownership of our financial systems, including ERP and inventory management systems, to eliminate duplicative work and improve integration
Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related roles within a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiencies through data analysis and process improvement
