LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller for our client in the non-profit sector located in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves overseeing an extensive budget, managing finance, and accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant principles and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with 7 years of experience in a similar role and 3 years of management experience. A blend of non-profit and for-profit experience is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
Develop and maintain a robust financial management and reporting system.

Requirements:
