We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with extensive experience in NetSuite to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
Month-end Close: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
General Ledger Management: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including chart of accounts setup, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
NetSuite Administration: Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite, providing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities.
Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, budget vs. actual analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to support company initiatives and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
Strong experience with NetSuite ERP system is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
