Oversees and directs road-building and site preparation operations, supervising equipment operators and site crew personnel to ensure efficient and safe movement of materials. Responsible for maintaining quality workmanship, completing projects within estimated costs, and implementing construction plans in collaboration with project leadership.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in heavy civil grading projects.
Current OSHA 30 certification or higher.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Strong leadership, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
