Responsibilities: The primary duties involve conducting timely, comprehensive, and precise take-offs. Additionally, aiding in the preparation of bid documents and crafting construction schedules is essential. Calculating production-based costs and contributing to the development of high-quality proposals for regional pursuits are also key responsibilities. Moreover, attending pre-bid site visits and conducting investigations form part of the role's duties.
Must-Have Skills:
3-5 years experience in highway heavy construction.
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
Must be a team player and able to conform to our methods of conducting operations.
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledgeable in Primavera.
Proficient in utilizing computer software applications such as HCSS or equivalent estimating programs, Agtek or similar earthwork software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
