Responsibilities:
The ability to conduct needs-based selling, including prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals, and closing deals
The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Personal line license or Property& Casualty insurance license is required
Minimum of 1 year prior sales experience is required
Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation, and high-energy
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients through referrals, cold calling, networking
Bilingual is preferred
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
