Essential Functions of this Position:
Explore and synthesize multiple sources of research and data to uncover insights, solutions and recommendations for clients across multiple types of sources including for example Numerator, MRI/Simmons and Kantar
Author compelling strategic narrative - and be prepared and comfortable defending your position
Develop a broad range of strategic planning documents based on the situation including for example: shopper profiles, strategy dimensions deep dive, experience assessments, strategic narratives, creative briefs, engaging presentation decks, comms hierarchy
Keeping pulse on cultural/ industry / retail trends: Create trend reports and thought leadership presentations as needed
Work with cross functional teams of CST/ creative/ media etc: Participate in brainstorm sessions, and lead briefing sessions
Inform and inspire the creative process, working closely with and earning the trust of our creative team
Liaise with senior leadership at Mosaic and senior level clients in a professional manner
