Job Description:

Insight Global is looking to hire 2 Customer Escalation Specialists for a large client in the timeshare and hospitality industry. This person would receive around 20 cases per day of escalated customer issues and be responsible for making outbound calls to the customers to help find a resolution to the situation. In addition to making calls, this person would also be responsible for the paperwork tied to each case. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of customer service/call center experience within the hospitality industry. This role will be remote (option to work onsite if preferred), but the candidate must be located in Las Vegas.
