Clayton Services is searching fora Project Manager to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery within projects. This role requires close requires close collaboration with purchasing, logistics, and controlling.

Pay Rate: $100,000-$120,000/annually

Senior Project ManagerResponsibilities:
Provide guidance, direction, and support throughout all project phases.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and deliverables.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
Manage and participate in site activities during installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of equipment onsite or in-house.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs against projections and implementing cost-saving measures where appropriate.
Ensure financial accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, assessing impacts and communicating effectively with stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure project success, and preparing contract change orders if necessary.
Prepare comprehensive project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular progress updates and performance metrics to senior management.
Senior Project ManagerEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management within the material handling or related industry, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
