Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
3 - 5 years' of experience as a project coordinator or project engineer.
Knowledge of project management functions and principals

Responsibilities
Attends and participates in meetings with Architect/Engineer and Client. Collects and/or prepares meeting minutes of said meetings.
Develop and update project schedule with Project Manager and Superintendent
Distribute plans and specifications after award of the project as assigned.
Become thoroughly familiar with the project drawings, specifications, addendums, ACDs, deltas, owner contract and subcontracts
Assist Project Manager and Project Superintendent in preparation for progress meetings with all subcontractors on the project. Take minutes and distribute.
Distribute potential change order documents to subcontractors/suppliers for pricing. Assist in collecting of bids for review.
Ensures all clarifications, changes, directives, RFIs, etc., are updated on the "as-built" drawings and are fully coordinated with Superintendent and all subcontractor/suppliers.
Responsible for reviewing and processing all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure project schedules are expedited and materials are delivered on time. Upon approval, responsible for distribution to subcontractors/vendors and Superintendent.
Write, distribute, coordinate and track RFIs. Review all trade specific RFIs for potential, cost and/or schedule impact.
Responsible for submitting owner required close-out documents and assisting subcontractors /suppliers in scheduling owner required training and documentation.
Assists Project Manager in proactively managing the project budget by controlling expenses, identifying work not covered by subcontractor's scope and alerting the PM when expenses surpass the budgets cost on the job.
Assist Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of potential change orders (PCOs), owner change orders (OCOs), internal change orders (ICOs) and subcontractor change orders (SCOs).
Support the quality control measures outlined in the QA/QC program.
Assist in the review and updating of cost reports.
Assist on bid and proposal development as required.
Builds effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors and suppliers that reflect and support ETC's core values and meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.
Participates in personal career development through on-the-job training, attends operations classroom training programs and assists in the development Project Coordinators and Interns.
Supervises Project Coordinator (PC) and trains the PC on all aspects of their job responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager or Executive Team
