Job Description:
Role: Network Wireless Admin
Location : Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States
Responsibilities:
Single point of Contact for Network Related Issues
Providing Guidance to L2 Team for day-to-day Issues
Driving medium/Major Projects
Ensure team to adhere the quality & SLA while working on Tickets.
Providing the Network Uptime Reports to client
Recommendations/Suggestions to maintain Optimum Network Uptime
Mandatory skills:
Experience on Nexus platform
Experience on Cisco Wireless and DNAC
Working experience on VPC, VDC, Fex
Working experience on Catalyst 6500,4500,3850 etc.
Working experience in WLAN technologies like flex connect, guest wireless authentications etc.
Strong knowledge in routing and switching concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
