Our client specializes in semiconductor assembly & testing and is in search of a Head of Solutions Architect. They will be responsible for developing and executing solution strategies and crafting semiconductor application solutions.
Responsibilities
With engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure solutions meet market trends and customer needs.
Execute the businesses Semiconductor's solution strategy for Industrial Robotics/Drones and Off-Highway applications in sectors like agriculture, mining, and marine.
With customers and sales teams to understand specific needs along the value chain and drive product roadmaps with Product Lines.
Senior leadership with updates on sector performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Precise solutions and product positioning and messaging to communicate value propositions and features effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience crafting semiconductor-based solutions for the specified sector.
System understanding throughout the value chain and leadership experience.
Knowledge and experience in Industrial Robotics/Drones, as well as Off-Highway applications such as agriculture, mining, and marine.
Understanding of semiconductor industry standards and regulations.
Ability to develop and execute successful solution strategies, delivering high-quality technical and marketing content. Experience in P&L management and cross-functional collaboration preferred.
To drive results among multiple stakeholders along the value chain.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with customers, partners, and team members.
Have experience in building high-performing teams by promoting diversity at various levels.
