Please note that this is an onsite position (not a remote or hybrid) in the SF Bay Area (East Bay).
The Richmond Golf Club is looking for a Retail Merchandiser to handle all aspects of merchandising for the RGC Golf Shop.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for buying, receiving, pricing and displaying all Golf Shop merchandise, as well as inventory control
Responsible for keeping the Golf Shop neat, orderly and clean
Responsible for monthly physical inventory taking & data entry
Provide excellent customer service, professional advice and assistance to all members and guests
As part of the Golf Shop Team, the Merchandiser will also assist in answering phones, booking tee times and other ad hoc projects assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
Experience & Education:
1-3 years of work experience in a clothing/fashion/retail/apparel setting required
BA/BS in Fashion Merchandising or Similar Course of Study preferred
