As the Vice President of Patient Access Care, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the patient access process within Pinnacle Treatment Centers. You will be involved in strategic leadership, operational management, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences through effective access center operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance access to healthcare services, improve patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management or the equivalent in working experience.
  • Five (5) years of relevant admissions and community relations management experience.
  • Experience creating strategic marketing plans.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within healthcare access center operations, preferably in patient access or revenue cycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive process improvements, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Effective team experience leading cross-functional CRM/marketing initiatives, project/process management.
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.
  • Travel up to 30% may be required to conduct site visits, attend meetings and conferences.
  • Overnight travel may be expected for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the patient access center aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology integration, and innovation to enhance patient access and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Responsible for front end of patient growth channel, overseeing access center.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and supervision of on-site Mt. Laurel and remote access center teammates.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to access team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication to streamline processes and resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor facility access center productivity and performance via CRM/CTI and adjust processes, and workloads to ensure the access center team is meeting patient service and business goals.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT (Information Technology) and other departments to optimize access center technology and infrastructure.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to access center team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
