Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preconstruction Estimator. As a Preconstruction Estimator, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting. You will work closely with the project team to accurately estimate project costs and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, and Cost Management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong budgeting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in construction software and tools
Experience with on-screen take-offs in an estimating software
Experience in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
