Role Description
We have both part-time and full-time opportunities for our on-site role as a Coach at The Dugout Houston, located in Houston, TX. As a Coach, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing practice plans, providing feedback and guidance to players, and organizing team activities. You will also be responsible for evaluating player performance and designing individualized training programs. We are looking for multiple coaches from different backgrounds. Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, etc coaches are encouraged to apply to see if The Dugout is the right fit for you.
Qualifications
Experience in coaching and training athletes
Knowledge of sport specific fundamentals
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well with diverse groups of athletes
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of sports performance training techniques
