SCI.ON (Specialty Consultants Inc. Opportunity Network), is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our client, a private multifamily property management to lead property maintenance for communities located in Temecula, CA.
The company is seeking an individual to lead and oversee the physical integrity of the community. This role will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Community Manager.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal laws including ADA, Fair Housing, and OSHA.
Manage resident service requests, aiming for completion within 24 hours, and schedule on-call rotation.
Keep accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests, and vacant apartments.
Identify utility meter cut-offs and maintain spare parts inventory.
Qualifications:
Current HVAC, EPA, CPO, and Mold Class certifications required.
5+ years of facilities management experience.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Willingness to obtain future industry certifications as required.
