Position: Executive Administrative Assistant, reporting directly to NDFA's Executive Director.
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties • Answer calls and organize remote meetings (e.g., Zoom) • Assist with event planning and organizing • Record and distribute meeting minutes • Provide administrative support to Board of Directors • Organize paperwork and maintain filing system • Order supplies
Executive Assistant Duties • Organize and schedule appointments • Book travel arrangements • Schedule meetings with ministry partners around the state • Produce correspondence to various parties • Proofread internal and external documents
Other Duties • Maintain records and generate reports using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Ensure timely receipting of donor gifts • Communicate periodically with churches and legislators • Generate monthly donor reports for accountant • Provide research support during legislative sessions • Assist with marketing mailings • Perform some financial/basic bookkeeping tasks • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education: Associate degree
Experience • Two years in a similar role (education beyond Associate Degree may be substituted for up to one year of experience) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational abilities • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and office management software • Prior CRM experience is desirable • Prior work with nonprofit organizations is desirable
Compensation and Hours • Hourly Rate: $17-$20 per hour, plus an additional 25% direct monthly payment in lieu of benefits, for a total hourly rate of $21.25-$25.00. • Hours: 20-25 hrs./week, with flexible timing. This position could convert to full time, depending on future organizational needs. • Location: Organization is based in Bismarck, ND. Work is remote, but employee must live in North Dakota and be willing to meet in Bismarck for weekly half-day meetings. Requirements to spend time in Bismarck will likely be greater during legislative sessions (January-April of every odd numbered year)
