Location: Rivergrove, OR
Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Physician - Medical Site Director to work in Oswego, OR!
This position works Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, no nights, weekends or holidays.
90% clinical duties, 10% administrative duties
Requirements:
- Leadership that focuses on people development, specifically mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
- Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management.
- Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing.
- Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout the center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/ WC Regulations
Qualifications:
- Board Certification/Eligibility is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, is preferred. Former surgeons are also welcome to apply!
- Must meet all licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
- Must possess an unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Eligible to participate in Medicare.
