Job Description



  • Using a check list to observe every box being packaged in Logistics for outgoing samples to verify all required items and documentation are included and processes are followed

  • Spot checking sample boxes in freezers to be sure they are scanned to the correct locations

  • Verify freezer temperatures and logging information accurately.

  • Responsible for filing in-house documents for internal auditing and supporting processes.

  • Keeping records of any issues with dates and resolutions to support with CAPAs.

  • Collaborating with the Leadership Team regarding issues in QC/Logistics needing addressed.

  • The liaison between QA/Logistics/Leadership Team

  • Other tasks assigned by management.




Qualifications




Basic Minimum Requirements:



  • HS Diploma

  • Minimum 1 year experience in QC/Logistics within a biopharma or warehouse environment that had specific regulations and detailed SOPs that had to be followed

  • Authorization to work in the US, indefinitely, in the US, without sponsorship

  • Strong organizational skills


Physical Requirements:



  • Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead

  • Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting

  • Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)

  • Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgments and decisions
