JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator! Our ideal candidate enjoys supporting a team in developing integrated marketing communication programs that effectively drive business results.

The position operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) out of our Philadelphia, PA office. It also requires 25-30% domestic travel.

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing Communications for North America Financial Lines and Property It supports the management and implementation of integrated communication plans for internal and external audiences to ensure they are high-quality, business-driven, and effective. The ideal candidate will support Financial Lines, Property and Cyber and have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to manage many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

This position is responsible for:


  • Supporting the team in executing annual marketing plans and budgets for the business.
  • Coordinating the integrated deployment of various marketing/communications tools, such as collateral, trade shows, events, email marketing, digital marketing, social media, and communications strategies.
  • Assisting in delivering communication assets to various audiences through multiple internal and external communications channels (traditional and social media, website, e-marketing, company intranet, etc.).
  • Providing communications support, as appropriate, including executive presentations, articles, speeches, and other materials.
  • Managing the development and production of event marketing materials, including publications, product brochures, broker support materials, trade shows, etc., in compliance with the Chubb brand standards.
  • Overseeing the business's social media activities and becoming the administrator for Chubb social media Providing quarterly training to colleagues on LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms, as appropriate.
  • Developing and authoring the internal newsletter for financial lines and ensure its weekly publication. Working closely with the internal communications team to deliver regular news and publication updates on behalf of the business.
  • Supporting the development of thought leadership assets to various audiences (brokers, clients, media, etc.) through multiple communications channels (media, web, etc.)
  • Conducting research and supporting major marketing campaigns, such as competitive intelligence and analysis, and supporting outreach efforts to help amplify campaign reach.
