Arthrex Manufacturing is hiring a Manufacturing Trainer Associate. This position will work with employees to complete the training program assigned. This role will require the individual to work directly on the manufacturing floor training employees on the requirements of manufacturing Arthrex, Inc. product. Experience in CNC machining and trainer or leadership position is essential for this role. The location for this position will be at our manufacturing facility in Ave Maria, FL. Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with at all organizational levels.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to teach/instruct technical classes. When instructing/teaching must have the ability to engage the participants and maintain an appropriate professional learning environment.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Expertise in Swiss Turn, milling, and conventional lathes preferred.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
