Job Summary

• Facilitates the process of organizing, integrating, and modifying the resources necessary to accomplish the goals set forth by the Joint Replacement Center Steering Committee.


• Promotes collaborative care practices and participates in establishing partnerships with physicians and the Hospital to provide identified related services.


• Serves as a resource for the consumers as they make their way through the health care delivery system of the Reading Hospital's Joint Replacement Center.

• 4 year/Bachelor's Degree (BSN)

• PA Registered Nurse License

• Excellent Communications Skills


• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
