Job Description:

What will you do?


  • Consults with managers and supervisors to assess training needs.

  • Proposes training and development programs and objectives.

  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

  • Develops, implements, and delivers training programs for varying levels of individuals within the plant.

  • Coordinates the development and maintains continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.

  • Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update. curriculum as needed.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred

  • 1-3 years of related manufacturing experience.

  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

  • Knowledge of Engineer to Order manufacturing processes and systems.

  • Knowledge of switchgears, switchboards or electrical components preferred

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

  • Applied knowledge in six sigma principles, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
