Purpose of Job:
The Facilities Coordinator provides facilities maintenance in order to have a productive facilities environment for our business partners. This role will also fill in for the Supervisor as needed, while training and assisting other Team Members.
Job Components:
- Supports site management for Support Center, Plano Rd Testing Center, Fulfillment Centers, and Interstate Owned Territory (IOT) Locations.
- Liaises with vendors and suppliers on behalf of the Facilities Supervisor.
- Arranges for facility repairs and ensures repairs are completed accurately.
- Participates in all aspects of facilities furniture including repairs, purchases, relocation, installations, and maintenance of inventory.
- Provides general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility.
- Performs ad hoc assignments and administrative support for seamless and timely delivery of services.
- Executes the temp badging process for employees, visitors, and third-party providers.
- Trains and onboards other Team Members.
- Assists with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities.
- Performs duties as needed for the Supervisor in their absence.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years experience with facilities maintenance and repairs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other mailroom applications
- Proficient in SAP
- Ability to meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
- Self-starter with good oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner

Work Environment:
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours.

- Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50+ lbs.
