Deputy Director of Operations at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in New York, New York

Job Description:

Our client, a philanthropic firm investment firm focused on climate action, is seeking a Deputy Director of Operations to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30/9am-5:30/6pm and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the firm, researching and implementing processes


• Source vendors and manage relationships, including technology


• Track and coordinate participation in domestic and international climate-related events


• Select HR policy makers; distribute firmwide communication/calendars


• Monitor sustainability initiatives in the office


• Manage legal contracts and perform compliance research


• Plan internal and external events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred


• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in a financial services firm or philanthropy


• Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel


• Must have Project Management Experience and be willing use team task management software


• Independent and resourceful professional with strong ownership over work product

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $130-140K base depending on experience + bonus
