Sr. Tax Accountant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in University Park, Texas

Job Description:

Our client in the Dallas area is seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant to join their Tax Accounting team!



The ideal candidate will be experienced in various tax accounting matters and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



Duties and responsibilities include:

• File local, state, and federal tax returns (1040s/1120s) accurately and timely


• Conduct research on tax disputes and provide effective resolutions to clients


• Serve as a subject matter expert on tax accounting matters, offering guidance and advice to clients as needed


• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• CPA certification preferred


• 3+ years of experience in tax accounting or related field


• Proficiency in tax accounting softwares and MS Excel


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
