Research Assistant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Miami, Florida

Job Description:

Our client, a fundamental equities business, is seeking a Research Assistant to support two Portfolio Managers and their teams in Miami, FL. The hours are 8am-6pm and this role is in the office five days a week. This is a great chance to join a growing office with lots of opportunity!


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings


• Develop relationships with broker sales teams and Investor Relations to effectively plan meetings/calls


• Manage calendars proactively screening for conflicts


• Log corporate access and broker interactions in database


• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation


• Process expense reports for team and participate in weekly team meetings


• Provide EA support and assist with occasional personal requests from portfolio manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required


• 3.0 minimum GPA requirement


• 1-10+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting a team in a rigorous industry

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $100-130K base depending on experience + OT + Bonus
