Provide comprehensive information about the admission process, eligibility criteria, degree programs, college procedures, policies, and available support services.
Offer concierge services related to financial aid, advising, Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) and other student support services on campus.
Connect with corporate education officers and human resource directors for the purposes of recruitment.
Attend recruiting and educational events to enhance exposure for SMC's online opportunities.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues during the enrollment process.
Maintain a applicant/student pipeline with a high level of attention to detail.
Meet monthly performance expectations and contribute to team goals.
Foster a positive working attitude, encourage a team culture, and assist other team members as needed.
Develop creative ideas for hosting online prospective student events and support office staff in organizing events.
Manage new inquiries through outbound calling, texting, and email communication.
Maintain a minimum daily outbound call volume.
Communicate effectively and continuously with prospects/applicants/students during the enrollment process.
Address applicant/student questions, concerns, and issues to ensure a smooth transition into the SMC Online learning environment.
Achieve daily efficiency metrics related to Speed to Lead, Call Volume, Talk Time, 1st Time Contacts, and New Applications.
Read, interpret, and evaluate prospective students' academic credentials and application materials, making admission/denial decisions in line with SMC Online admissions requirements.
