POSITION SUMMARYDo you have a passion for philanthropy? Grinnell College is looking for you! The Assistant Director of Annual Giving-Leadership Giving will report to the Director of Annual Giving and be an integral part of our team. This role provides support and leadership to the annual giving program. The team supports and drives the mission of the College and the strategic plan for the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. This candidate will be responsible for cultivating and closing annual leadership gifts from a specific, rotating pool of alumni. They will also be managing and executing a solicitation plan in partnership with the Annual Giving staff.
This position requires between 1/3-2/3 of time spent traveling. The role has the potential to be 100% remote, with episodic travel to campus as needs of the role arise.
