Overview



The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel is home to Omaha's largest outdoor resort-style pool. With a food truck, outdoor pool bar, and occasional live music this the place to be when the sun is shining! We are looking for Pool Servers to help create a memorable experience for our guests. As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for ensuring to:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.


• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions.


• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the food truck and bar.


• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.


• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their pool experience


• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.


• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.


• Collaborate with the food truck and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is ready to move in this fast-paced position and who loves to enjoy the summer weather!


Hourly Rate: $7.50 plus gratuity.



Qualifications

• Abilitly to work in all weather conditions.


• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Six months to one year serving experience preferred


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays


• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards


• Ability to stand for long periods of time


• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
