Responsibilities



MV Transportation is seeking aUtility/Bus Washer/Fueler. Successful candidate will ensure that the fleet is fully prepared for service.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Ensure all vehicles are completely fueled and fluids topped, ready for service at various times of day.

  • Interiors cleaned according to contract. ( moping, dusting, sweeping, cleaning windows, and mirrors)

  • All fleet damage documented and communicated to appropriate personnel in the case of unreported damage.

  • Complete fuel logs every shift.

  • Ability to communicate effectiley on all levels of operational tasks.

  • Follow direction of supervising personal at time of shift as cleaning and fueling needs arise or change.

  • Fuel island maintained and kept clean, any spills contained immediately and reported to appropriate personnel.

  • Vehilcles parked according to facilty parking plan

  • Ability to adapt to daily work assignement base on operational needs and Management direction

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ensure all equipment is turned off and readied for the next day or shift.




Qualifications




Talent Requirements:



  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to read, write and speak English.

  • Must be able to work a varied schedule, including weekends.

  • Must be 21 with good driving record.

  • Commercial driving license required due to occasional fueling off site.

  • Department of Transportation drug test and physical required upon hiring. Paid by MV Transportation

Starting Pay Rate: $25/hour
