Job Description:
What you'll do...
- Operate injection molding machinery, monitor critical process parameters, and lead advanced analysis
- Assist in new equipment startup, establish process parameters, and conduct process training for operators
- Participate in reviews of mold, product design, and processes
- Coordinate sample trials and lead problem-solving activities
- Take on essential responsibilities in PFMEA processes
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in injection molding, preferably high cavitation, thin-wall molding
- Proficient in troubleshooting molding operations and understanding resin behavior
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and vision systems
- Preferably experienced in process design and mold qualifications
- Prefer formal training in plastic processes (RJG, Paulson, or equivalent)
