Responsibilities:
Process detailed contracts then prioritize next step decisions based on content and current workflow
Maintain accurate records and conduct file audits
Develop and track a large volume of real estate transactions to include critical dates and deadlines.
Maintain checklists and all documents associated with each file.
Prepare data and present in staff meetings
Perform administrative assistance and backup to other staff positions
Update client database
Track and set personal goals that contribute toward company achievement
Day to Day
Process settlement statements
Process new contracts, update tracking spreadsheets
Complete task list associated with each active contract
Track personal accuracy and errors
Send and answer emails
Make and receive phone calls
Request information and answer questions related to each active contract
There are many names for a transaction coordinator: professional organizer, facilitator, fairy godmother. Skills and Qualifications:
1+ years of real estate and or similar market analysis experience
Adept with technology and awareness of industry trends
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Consistent attention with detail and demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills
Proven self starter and success working within a team
Excellent verbal communication and rapport building skills
History of exceptional internal and external customer service
Impeccably manage time and maintain focus on unique client details
Report to staff and agents cumulative monthly closed data
Collaborate with staff
Job Type: Part-time / Full Time
