Meet is partnered with a growing gene therapy biotech out of South San Francisco which is looking for a talented Project Manager of R&D to support activities across research, lab operations and Development teams. They are working on a novel non-viral gene therapy platform that delivers therapeutics with high precision. The organization is growing and they are pre-IPO, making it a great time to join.
Description:
Support IND enabling activities for multiple programs across different animal models, maintaining diligent documentation of protocols, data integrity, reports, and experimental design
Maintain standards and quality control for each program and provide continuous process improvement
Manage overall logistics of tissue sample collection and processing
Author and review SOPs and other documentation
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
BS in Biological Science or a relevant discipline and 4-8 years of industry experience with at least 3 years of project management experience
Candidates MUST have at least 2 years of PM experience supporting gene therapy programs
Demonstrated PM experience across early research to clinical stage is preferred
Good overall experience across MS project, Excel, SharePoint - a PMP certification is a plus
