A busy construction-related company in north Pinellas county is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. The Receptionist is the first contact for all customers, vendors, and partners. This position provides general office support with a variety of clerical duties, special projects, and related tasks. The ideal candidate for this role will be people-oriented, service-minded, build relationships, & provide white-glove service to customers, vendors, and referral partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet all company visitors & guests
Answer, screen, and direct calls on a multi-line telephone system
Take and relay detailed messages
Schedule appointments and route clients
Schedule and maintain conference rooms
Maintain the waiting area, lobby or other public areas
Coordinate meetings and organize catering
Serve beverages to guests
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office/coffee supplies
Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents
Receive, process and route mail and packages in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three or more years of administrative, clerical, and related experience
Excellent communication and organization skills
Experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Outlook
Meet deadlines with accuracy and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Identify work to be done; prioritize and complete daily assignments
Interact and communicate with clients in person and on the phone
Maintain a positive and courteous attitude with co-workers, clients, visitors and vendors
Upon going permanent, this position is eligible for monthly bonus and full benefits to include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with a match.
This is a full time, onsite position - Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
