Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for conducting thorough analysis of our gaming areas and to generate insightful and actionable reports that inform and guide business decisions within the overall Casino Operation. Assist in the development of strategies for the slot, table game, and arcade operations by leveraging skills in data analysis and technology. Drive operational enhancements to increase revenue and identify areas of improvement; subsequently improving the gaming experience for guests.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of slot, table game and arcade operations, pinpointing trends, and opportunities to boost revenue.
  • Assess aspects like participation fees, game arrangement, product mix, and pricing strategies to optimize the profitability of equipment offerings.
  • Generate detailed performance reports across various timeframes for slot, table game and arcade operations.
  • Offer practical, data-backed strategies to enhance game performance and customer engagement.
  • Support senior casino operations management teams to ensure gaming analytics are in harmony with broader business objectives.
  • Oversee the precise usage and integration of various gaming management and tracking systems.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy across reporting platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and improved customer experiences.
  • Perform other job-related duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Associate's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Administration, Computer Science or related field and/or combination of equivalent education and experience

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial analysis and/or forecasting.
  • Previous Casino experience required.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools like PowerPoint and Tableau preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to transform complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Independent worker with the capability to also be a collaborative team player.
  • Keen adaptability to rapidly evolving gaming technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for effective interaction at all levels.
  • Strong project and time management capabilities to successfully navigate multifaceted responsibilities.
