Manage and supervise all administrative and operational functions of the marina business.
Includes, but is not limited to: hiring, training and terminating of all employees, creation and implementation of business plan and budget for the business, implement and supervise the marketing, leasing, rental and billing of all tenants.
Oversee and direct all staff to maintain high level of customer service. Be primary interface will all boaters and customers. Maintain a regular presence on the docks and the property and be prepared to enforce all rules and regulations of the property.
Supervise all local bookkeeping functions, plan, organize and implement all special events for property, plan maintenance projects and direct Maintenance Supervisor to carry out maintenance and repair of property.
Negotiate and administer leases with subtenants, serve as primary contact for issues related to master lease with port district, attend meetings for related trade associations and professional groups and attend to or supervise any other function or activity related to marina business as necessary.
