We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Brand Marketing to champion the Pro Standard brand initiatives across various platforms and managing the strategies for our retail event activations, trade shows and events, web content creation, social media, influencer marketing, seeding, and public relations.

The objective will be to deliver engaging and authentic brand experiences. What will you be doing?
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring brand cohesion and consistency across all channels.
  2. Retail Event Activations and Trade Shows: Oversee a marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute retail event activations and trade shows to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and foster customer engagement.
  3. Web Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling and engaging web content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand identity.
  4. Social Media Management: Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community management efforts to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster brand advocacy.
  5. Influencer Marketing and Seeding: Develop and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and generate authentic advocacy.
  6. Public Relations: Drive PR initiatives to secure media coverage, manage press relations, and enhance brand reputation.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, sales leadership, and merchandising leaders to ensure alignment of brand marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
  8. Work to provide custom assets with digital agency for Sales Team for account activation.
  9. Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  10. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


What should you have?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 years of experience brand marketing with a proven track record of driving successful strategies and campaigns.
  • Licensed apparel experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in retail event activations, trade shows, web content creation, social media management, influencer marketing, seeding, and public relations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI.
