In this role, you will use various digital technologies to help our clients achieve their business growth and recruiting goals. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to provide our clients with innovative recruitment marketing strategies.
Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our clients' brands with qualified candidates.
This is a full-time (8 AM - 5 PM) position working remotely on Mondays and Fridays and on-site Tuesday - Thursday.

Responsibilities and Duties
Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. search aggregators, website, emails, and social media)
Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost online presence
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and recruiting performance metrics to forecast trends
Build strong clients relationships through weekly/monthly calls
Keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
Liaise with creative and client services teams to optimize our customer experience
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
Required: 2+ years proven SEM Experience
Experience in recruiting/HR or recruitment marketing is a plus
Experience in Transportation is a plus.
Skills:
Proficient in Google Analytics:
Experience building custom reports
Knowledge of additional analytics tools is a plus
Proficient in Google Ads:
Experience implementing and optimizing AdWords campaigns.
Knowledge of additional advertising systems, DMPs, and/or DSPs is a plus.
Ability to analyze marketing data, compose reports, and identify trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel:
Experience using Pivot Tables and the Pivot Table tool.
Will be expected to create custom reports using data sets from multiple sources.
Conditional formatting and advanced formula application may be required.
Strong Communication:
Must be able to work closely with client services team to provide strategy on multiple accounts.
Must be able to work closely with social media department to monitor social advertising campaigns
Must be able to speak directly to clients on weekly/monthly calls.
Familiarity with web design and HTML.
Strong project management skills.
Education:
BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field
