Job Description:
- Manage complex calendars and schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather information to support projects and initiatives
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up, ensuring deadlines are met
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to tasks
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
